Writing this blog initiated profound healing and transformation in many areas of my life!
My children were young when my husband died. I was so busy taking care of everyone else, I forgot to take care of me.
Once my youngest child went to college, I decided to face the truth about my life... I had to finally devote time to myself, to heal, and lovingly release the past.
